Beaumont is a suburb situated on the Northside of Dublin. It's location is in the postal district Dublin nine. The name Beaumont comes originally from the French for beautiful mount.

There are several shops and a couple of pubs in the area. Beaumont House is a favourite place of former Irish Taoiseach Bertie Ahern.
The Roman Catholic parish is located in Whitehall. The Church of the Holy Child is situated on the old airport road, and serves the locals of Whitehall.
