Drimnagh is a suburb of Dublin city in Ireland. It is located on theSouthern side of Dublin, between Inchicore, Crumlin and Walkinstown.
Drimnagh is so called from the old Irish word Druimneach, which translates to ridged lands.
Drimnagh is situated in postal district Dublin 12, and the first modern houses were built in Drimnagh in the nineteen thirty's, many of the the roads were named after Irish mountains.
