KIMMAGE
Kimmage is a suburb of Dublin in Ireland. It is located on the South side of the city. It is also near Crumlin, Templeogue and Harold's Cross. The word Kimmage is derived from the Gaelic word Cam uisce, which means winding river.
Kimmage has the River Poddle running through it, which eventually runs to a confluence with the River Liffey.
Kimmage is in the postal districts of Dublin 6W and Dublin 12.
There is a single main shopping area, which is situated on Lower Kimmage Road. There are several shops and services, including hairdressers, fast food takeaways, and a garage. There is a large shopping centre called Superquinn, which is located on Sundrive road. It has about a dozen shops and a large parking area
